Free Business Admin & Customer Service Training ...

Thanks to additional funding from the European Social Fund, Lowestoft College can now offer Adult Apprenticeship programmes in Customer Service and Business Administration. We are delighted to be able to offer free adult Apprenticeship training programmes which will provide free off the job training, free on the job assessment and accredited qualifications.

This exciting new project provides funding for the full apprenticeship framework – a programme that covers not only the NVQ level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service, but key skills in literacy and numeracy and any necessary knowledge training.

This apprenticeship training is offered flexibly, in the workplace, to suit your business requirements. As an employer, you will benefit from subsidised, value-added training that is tailored to your needs. You will also gain from having motivated and well trained staff with essential skills, enhanced staff morale, better employee retention rates and improved efficiency and productivity
